before you join, read this
if you're in crisis, dealing with abuse, or having thoughts of hurting yourself, this isn't the place for that and i'm not equipped to help with it. please reach out to a professional or a crisis line, someone who can actually be there for you the way this situation needs.
this space is for the everyday stuff. overthinking, boundaries, texting back and forth in your head at 2am, figuring out what you actually feel. real, but not emergency-level.
if that's what you're dealing with, welcome in.

questions
is this therapy?
no. i'm not a licensed therapist. this is a space to talk, be heard, and connect with people who get it. it's not a replacement for professional help if you need it.
what actually happens after i join?
you get access to the realtalk space via discord, live q&a sessions, and the community forum. you can post, ask questions, or just read what others are going through.
how do the live q&a sessions work?
you can submit a question or situation anytime. i answer the most common ones every week. live sessions happen sometimes too, but that's not the main way this works.
can i cancel anytime?
yes. cancel anytime, no questions asked.
what's the difference between monthly and annual?
same access either way. annual saves you the equivalent of 3 months compared to paying monthly.
do i need to post or share anything to be part of this?
no. plenty of people just read and take what's useful. you're never required to post.
stop overthinking it alone.
$27/month · $239/year · cancel anytime

who this isn't for
this isn't therapy, and i'm not a licensed therapist. this is a space to be heard and talk with people who get it. not a replacement for professional help if you need it.
